Maybe you're a teen who's struggling to make sense of life since you're not a child anymore but not yet an adult; depression, addiction, anger is taking over. Or maybe you're a parent who is tired of setting yet another limit only to be frustrated that the limits aren't working to get your teen on the right track. Anger has taken over your home and anger's even been responsible for destroying your home at times. Let's explore where you want to be with your personal healing journey. Life is tough and struggling with anger, rage, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, difficulty in relationships can all make things feel even more overwhelming. We aren't meant to handle those challenges alone. In individual sessions, we map out ways to get you where you want to be; ways that work best for you. We talk through the stuck points and you will learn new, innovative tools to assist with times when emotions run so high that life seems unbearable. Let's work together to open doors of healing for you.
